1. About this website

This website is the online retail store of 12V Overland & Accessories (Registration Number 2026/517874/07). We sell new and pre-owned overlanding, camping and vehicle-related parts and accessories directly to customers. It is not a multi-vendor marketplace: third-party sellers cannot register, list products, receive customer payments or hold balances on this platform, and we do not collect or hold funds on behalf of anyone else.

2. What we sell

• All products displayed are owned by us and sold by us as a retailer to the customer.
• Pre-owned items are purchased outright by the business before resale — nothing is sold on consignment on behalf of another person.
• We do not act as a fulfilment centre for third-party sellers.
• We do not sell firearms, ammunition, illegal goods, hazardous materials or any restricted or age-prohibited products.

3. Acceptable use of this site

• You may browse the catalogue, place orders and contact us for advice, fitment enquiries and quotes.
• You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details when placing an order.
• Accounts are for personal use — do not share your login details or use someone else's account.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with South African law.

4. Prohibited conduct

• No fraudulent orders, stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or attempts at money laundering.
• No attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our admin area, our systems or other customers' data.
• No scraping, copying or republishing our product images, descriptions or content for commercial use without permission.
• No uploading of malware, no interference with the site's operation, and no abusive, threatening or unlawful messages to us or our staff.
• No reselling or listing of products on our behalf, and no use of our brand or registration details to represent yourself as us.

5. Payments

Payments are made by the customer directly to 12V Overland & Accessories for products bought from our store, through our secure Paystack checkout or by arrangement with the owner. We do not receive payments on behalf of vendors or service providers, we do not hold or disburse anyone else's funds, and the platform provides no wallets, stored balances or account-to-account transfers.

6. Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel an order, suspend an account, or restrict access to this site where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and we will report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal of access.
